Traditionally, as a tour operator, we have refrained from engaging in public discourse on social issues; our primary focus has been on ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment for everyone involved. However, in this climate of increased awareness and engagement, we feel it is essential to contribute our voices to the conversation and share our viewpoints with you.
While we may not all be able to fully grasp the experiences of those impacted by social injustice, we can certainly cultivate the empathy necessary to recognize that such inequalities are unacceptable. We fully support everyone advocating for justice, and we feel disheartened by the few individuals whose violent and destructive behaviors detract from the significance of the issues we face. We stand in solidarity with the individual members of our GTS family worldwide who have been directly or indirectly influenced by the extensive legacies of inequality.
